How do I submit my artwork?
You can submit your design in three ways:
- Upload directly on the product page
- Email it to our support team
- Send it via live chat
Recommended formats: PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG (400x400px minimum)
What if I don't have a design?
No problem! Here's what you can do:
- Tell us your ideas (colors, style, references)
- Our designers will create a design for you
- You approve it before we produce
This service is completely free.
How do revisions work?
- You’ll receive your first mockup within 24 hours for standard template-based projects after we receive complete instructions
- Unlimited free revisions for standard digital mockups before approval (colors, fonts, logo placement, etc.), within normal project scope
- Revisions are handled via email or live chat
- Production starts only after your final approval
How do I approve the final design?
- Confirm via email reply or by clicking a link
- All revisions are free before confirmation
- Once confirmed, the design is locked — no further changes
- Contact us before production if you have any concerns
How long does production take?
Typical timeline by stage:
- Mockup approval: 1–3 business days
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Standard shipping (after dispatch): 8–15 business days (or longer depending on destination)
- Express shipping (DHL/FedEx, after dispatch): 3–7 business days
Production and shipping run in sequence (not at the same time). Lead times may vary during holidays or peak seasons — we'll keep you posted. The quotation controls for your exact order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer the following shipping options (transit time after your order has been dispatched):
- Standard: typically 8–15 business days (or longer for some destinations), cost-effective
- Express (DHL/FedEx or similar): typically 3–7 business days, fully tracked
Expedited upgrades may be quoted as a faster service within these ranges. Choose your preferred option at checkout or in your quote.
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
How do international orders work?
- We ship worldwide
- Product price and shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees
- Any duties, taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs upon delivery or clearance
- Customs clearance time varies by country and is beyond our control
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated import charges before ordering
What about after-sales and returns?
- Customized products are made to order and are generally non-returnable
- Quality issues: If there is a misprint, defect, or incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we will arrange a reprint, replacement, or another agreed solution
- Sizing: Please check our size guide carefully before ordering
- Change of mind / preference / size chosen without following the size guide: not eligible for return
- Non-custom items: may follow a separate return process only if eligible and pre-authorized by our team

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order quantity. Whether you need a single sample or hundreds for your entire team, we treat every order with the same care. Volume discounts are available for bulk orders — just ask.
Do you offer free design service?
Yes. We provide free professional design support for your order. After you submit your request, we’ll share a digital design proof for your review. You can request unlimited revisions before confirmation — we only start production when you’re 100% satisfied. Please note this covers design/mockup service, not free physical samples.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page — we recommend measuring carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we usually suggest going up one size. If you receive your order and the size doesn't fit, please reach out to our customer service team. We'll do our best to help with exchange suggestions or assist with resale options.
Can I return custom products?
Customized products are made to order and are generally non-returnable.
- If there is a misprint, defect, or incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will reprint, replace, or refund as agreed, at no cost to you for our error
- Please approve your mockup carefully before production to avoid issues
- Non-custom items may be covered by a separate return process only when eligible and authorized in advance
Will my artwork be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We respect your intellectual property and confidential information:
- All uploaded artwork is used solely for your order
- We will not display, use, or share your designs externally
- Files are handled securely and disposed of after production upon request
